On Thursday, 5 February 2026, at the National Gala Awards. Tully Mahr was recognised as CareerTrackers 2026 Intern of the Year.

From collaborating with engineering teams to applying her studies in real-world settings, embracing every opportunity to learn and lead.

A highlight of her internship has been working on innovative ways to repurpose parts from decommissioned aircraft to support Indigenous communities in Alice Springs.

Tully has also spoken about the importance of connection. Engaging with First Nations engineers and being part of a culturally safe community within the workplace. That sense of belonging and shared ambition is exactly what CareerTrackers strives to foster through our partnerships.
